A citizen of Uzbekistan who is over 18 years old goes to the meeting of residents of the neighborhood in which he is registered to go on an Umrah trip with an identity document, is registered in a special notebook opened for the Umrah trip, and receives a certificate about this. MFY will recommend the citizen whose turn it is according to this book to the district-city. Then he will undergo a medical examination at the local polyclinic. If the results are good, he will pay the prescribed amount for Umrah. It also provides a copy of the passport for going abroad, information about passing a medical examination, receiving vaccinations, and a copy of the certificate and payment slip.
